equipment. AMS Performance Monitor is designed to assist operators to
troubleshoot problems early, remotely and at low cost. AMS
Performance Monitor brings highly accurate
equipment performance monitoring data direct to the user’s desktop.
Based on rigorous model-based technology, using data reconciliation,
validation and parameter estimation calculations, AMS Performance
Monitor provides access to monitoring information for any individual unit via the web
browser.

How it works
Customers using
AMS Performance Monitor will
submit design data which will be fitted against the
appropriate model to give a unique mathematical representation of
the equipment.
Archived or current performance data
will be submitted to AMS Performance Monitor either using a secure
Internet connection, an FTP site, e-mail attachment or by more traditional methods.
AMS Performance Monitor can use a direct communication link (via modem or secure ISP) so process data can be extracted
at pre-defined intervals. Using model-based technology, data
reconciliation and validation techniques, performance calculations
are made against the process data.
